Tip 1. Stay in Shape
Staying in shape suggests a lot of things and rules which if sensibly combined all in one will certainly lead to a positive outcome of your hard work on becoming beautiful. All these factors should be combined without any chaotic order implied, they should be made the most of in a wise and patient way. If you want to correct or create your shape (the latter is extremely hard), you should treat the whole thing with immense patience and be ready to work really hard on your body.
Staying in shape suggests that you should not only work out regularly but also keep to a certain diet which would allow you to lose weight in a quicker and more rational way. Even though everyone states that it's healthy to eat what you want and just work out in order to stay in shape, it's only partially true.
If you want to stay healthy you should eat only certain products. You have all heard of them for they give you all the necessary vitamins which contribute to the normal work of your body and mind. You've also heard that you should avoid sweets, salt, sugar, all possible way too greasy products for they are hardly ever successfully digestible.
If you want to correct your shape or change it in a very noticeable way, then of course you should try harder and combine your exhausting activities at the gym with eating less than usual. Consult your doctor for him to advise you a diet which would suit you only – i.e. which would 'take into consideration' your state of health, your possible allergies and restrictions regarding eating certain food.
Make sure that you don't eat after six p.m. – a very important factor if you want to lose weight. It doesn't, however, mean that you should eat anything you want without so much as a break and then stop at six considering that you will lose weight only if you don't eat at night.
Certainly, your first step is to stop overeating and eating after six.
The second one is start keeping to your diet (the one which your doctor strongly recommends you to follow after you've visited and consulted him).
The third tip implies daily workouts. Work out at least a few times a week for you to be able to see the result relatively soon. However, be sure that you consult your doctor before starting working out as well for him to advise you regarding physical exercises which can be possibly forbidden to you.
The fourth tip concerns your state of mind during your hard work on your physical beauty. You should be sure that you won't achieve quick result if you stop eating at all and do nothing else about it. Remember that the key word is a fine combination of all the tips that have been given previously, that you should combine them in a rational way implying sense of measure as well as common sense. You won't reach quick results without hard and long work on your shape, that's for sure. Which is why make sure you are patient enough, and work on your mind, your will and strength before you start working on your shape. For working on your physical beauty is always a complex of exercises both physical and psychological ones.
