Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder
Beauty is a devious thing in its essence as well. It can be figuratively viewed as a gorgeous woman who has an immense mystery within her magnetic personality and too many secrets regarding the intricate process of seducing even the most 'iron' men. This woman can be different under different circumstances and i.e. can evoke contradictory (but invariably powerful) emotions and feelings, leaving a trace of unforgettability in the hearts of those who witnessed her heavenly presence even when she leaves for good.
Beauty itself is an equally tricky thing. It has a lot of patterns to offer to the humanity and can easily manipulate the world through fashion trends or various tastes and views on beauty.
However, despite all possible trends and standards which stably change over time, the most competent critics, evaluators of female beauty are men of course. Their preferences differ greatly, that's why we can firmly state that the saying about beauty being in the eye of the beholder is 100 % adequate and true, it works without any exaggerations or contradictory points.
Indeed, female beauty receives very individual interpretations from different representatives of male species. Some men are enchanted by ladies whose appearances correspond with the contemporary anorexic understanding of a beautiful woman i.e. they prefer the slimmest type ever – without any noticeably perky bodyparts.
Certain men prefer to add a few spicy points to this very image to make it absolutely perfect in their view. Typically, these men are very fond of noticing female breasts at once – without enjoying a 'splendid' opportunity to desperately look for them. There are male beauty critics who practically worship the perfection of full female breasts and consider them fine criteria for defining if a woman is truly sexually attractive or not.
Other men are very much into females with curvy figures – goddesses who are similar to guitars or violins, with ample bosom, trim waist, and nice round butt. Sometimes these women are considered quite fat, but the question is rather controversial. Mostly, they are just thought to have fat in all the right places, that's about it.
Tastes regarding the beauty of female face differ considerably as well. Some men prefer angelic blue eyes and heavenly blond hair; others are more attracted to brown-eyed brunettes with a devilish sparkle in their look and slight air of wickedness in their appearance.

Tastes do differ considerably, however, the universal understanding of Feminine Beauty is relatively unchangeable regardless all possible arguments on the issue or controversial opinions.
Men usually stick to certain images of female beauty without realizing that their preferences may easily change right after they've found the human personification of their dreams.
